Our approach to the development of support services is structured and thorough. We understand that both the market and the needs of our clients are constantly evolving, hence the ongoing evolution and development of our IT support offerings.

SCS operates a centralised Helpdesk/ Customer Care Centre. This is an on-line, real time system, which was developed internally and based on South African industry requirements. This dynamic and flexible system has the ability to be modified to suit each new client. It is upgraded constantly to meet their changing needs and to stay abreast of industry trends and incorporates many unique features.
